In this combat my liches (init 10.9) have their first turn before unis (init 12). I wonder how is it possible? According to about the game 'The pre-combat positioning of units on the bar happens with a random deviation of 0% to 10%.'
I thoutg 0-10% addition is counted from the basic initiative, which would be 10 for liches and so the highest pre-combat positioning would be 11.9. If I count the maximal bonus 10% for initiative 10.9, it is 10.9+(0.1*10.9) which is 11.99. Well, after some rounding, it can be possible, weird :)
By this logic let's say shrews whit basic init 16 but in combat e.g. 20 from arts could have the highest pre-combat positioning 22, while I always thought it is 21.6 | you already answer it by yourself, cheers | In practice, it is not exactly an extra 10% ini in first turn but the unit only has to wait for 90% the usual time to get its turn. It allows for a slightly broader deviation than what you calculated already. | I thoutg 0-10% addition is counted from the basic initiative,
