Since alts are not supposed to sell artifacts which cannot be acquired in the artifact shop, I would think the answer is no.
But since the special artifacts one gets for donating, such as the flame dagger or the ice sword, are considered equivalent to shop artifacts, I would think the answer is yes.
So which is it? | | no restriction on selling arts (i.e. event arts, thief or ranger arts), as long as use 3 day auction, starting with 1 gold, no buyout price ;) |
