Hi,
I've been having some fun with the roulette recently and have made a slight profit from it. I was wondering what everyone's tips were for doing well on roulette were. I know it's very risky and some might say you can only lose money from it but looking at some players' stats it's clear they make a lot from it. | | If you want to continue playing the game, stay away from roulette, humble advise, I have seen players loose millions in it.. | stay away from roulette

To the OP: You are actually asking for a way to simply win more often/to have a positive balance easier, and thus earn a good income from time to time...
... Note that this Roullette is EXACTLY the same as the IRL Roullette, if there was a way to do so, many people would already have abused that, the way would be knows worldwide and we would all be rich, and Casinos would go broke/in ruins, Lol.
Tl/Dr: There is no way to win Roullette more often, and also you can see the % of losing is higher than % of winning coz of the Zeros...

I think that applies to most people who lose in roulette in this game, however there are exceptions, I play roulette not because I'm "dumb", I'm not saying I'm not dumb, which I probably am, but I am saying that's not the reason I play roulette here. Without roulette I would have quit this game years ago, and there are a lot of people who left this game because of no excitement, everything here gets repetitive if you have been playing for 7-8 years.
The excitement and suspense that roulette gives here really keeps things lively, and honestly I would rather be broke with -2 million from roulette than have 5 million having never played roulette here, because the latter is impossible for me, I would have long quit this game due to boredom before I could have made the 5 million.
So here's the correction:
the roulette is a "darwinistic tool". it's there to cleanse the server population of those dumb enough to get caught up in it, and also people who get bored after 8 years of animated hunting and need something new.
PS: To be honest nowadays even roulette has grown boring to me, the main reason I'm around is to once in a while mail friends or comment in forums :)

They were just lucky, mathematically if in total 100k accounts have played roulette so far, a few will come out with a large profit, you can be pretty sure you won't be one of them ;)

I Disagree. I don't play roulette anymore but from my understanding everything in this game is potentially interesting and fun. There are a lot of personal choices to be made from the moment you register and throughout game play; roulette is one of them. I feel like you should reconsider your logic because bringing up "intellectual standard" here makes you seem arrogant. Anyways, I would suggest if you do intend to play it for fun (which I have done on occasion), I have two tips for you:
1. Set a limit of how much you are willing to lose (and make sure not to spend more than this! Easier said than done though hehe)
2. The few times I have played, I would do the "double bet" strategy and only bet on (almost) 50/50 odds, where each loss you double your bet. e.g 200 on red, if it's black, then 400 on red, so then if it's red the 2nd time I would make 800 gold total and only have spent 600 gold total. Obvious flaws in this method but I guess that's more than what this threads about ;) | the intelectual level of our community keeps a high standard.
