What are the primary parameters of AI heroes based on?

In this battle 14 attack, 19 defense, 3 sp, 10 kn for necromancer hero looks too unrealistic.
Is it based on the army it is with? Or some other basis? | | The admins likes to go for extreme with AI heroes, as in not possible for any player to reach those stats for that combat level. So that one cannot always beat the AI. |
