| If you are active in the MG its quite possible to recover the cost of the ABC through those in the course of a month. Play about 7-8 MGs a day, and enough elements drop. | Why do you want to build all castles before CL18?
I guess arguments for both sides could be easily made.
Anyways, some favorable points are:
- You'll have an easier time to level up your fsl in any source of battle if you have all upgrades disponible for your CL. (HG,MG, WG, CG, etc.), Also the extra fsl in other factions combinated with a skill point could give an edge in the PvP.
- It will offer the opportunity to swtich factions at will, offering the opportunity to change the gameplay style on the battlefield, once a person feel like wants to play with something different.

Because explaining argumentating about an afirmation that ends into a question, about something not being worth due a personal point of view, is exactly the same as saying any other opinion different than "X" must be irrelenvat, obsolete, ridiculous, and should be blamed for. Go drink some milk.
Well, I am not saying that mounts are a must have, I never did, and never will, I didn't even gave my own opinion about the subject in question, I merely brought a different point of view from those would who find them userful and why. Feel free to agree or disagree, after all, puppets that follow every word, are so uniteresting.

anyways i do feel that many people donate mostly for DU and promotions...
a lot of people also like to buy chests for the chance to get something valuable...
personally i know the odds of getting a rare art is extremely low but lots of people like the thrill of gambling, the excitement when betting something for the chance of getting something worth even more, thus many people are tempted to donate this way...xp | What has got me more into donations is getting those chests. And its not as simple as a desire for valuables, its the mystery aspect that I think is attractive to most of us. So i can completely relate with #23.

Do see what you're doing, jeez what a hypocrite. And sure, i love to drink milk. Maybe you should try to have some too since its good for everyone. | What i always believed is that people (normal paycheck ones) donate for the DU and TGI. Apart from that, there are minor conveniences around, that can alleviate your farming experience with this game, IF you decide to donate to get them.
But for me this is not critical. I have been playing at my leisure in .ru, way before our two servers merged (even though i initially started at lordswm.com) and all i can say is that while i t feels i can never acquire a fully enchanted set or an estate, i have beein (slowly) progressing towards upgrading castles and playing nearly every event around that is not outright money-burning or too tedious (battling for 11 days consecutively feels tedious to me).
With all that said, even though i wished i could at least program 8 enrolls per day, it feels so impossible for me, given my hours at work or with my family or simply sleeping. But you don't need to do everything in this game, let alone donate to have fun. Many simply devote themselves to PvP, some to Pve, some to roulette or Arcomage cards. So feel free to do whatever you want and if you feel gracious or open-handed or you feel you have ample playing time ahead for a set period of time (e.g. a week or so), you can always press that "donate button". It will boost the creators of this game a bit and yourself by bringing you a step closer to whatever in-game goals you set your eyes upon.
But whatever you do, please DO enjoy this game! | For me I donated twice, and that was the minimum to get the seasonal art, which through doing do gave me combined enough diamonds to get a DU. The motivation was a mild bonus to me, and because I felt I had played on this for free for long enough that they deserved some money for my part of the associated costs. If there were ads and stuff I may not have as they woul dbe gettign revenue from that, but there is nothing annoying like that here so without some donations this game would have stopped a while back (and I am glad that other players donate more than me as they do keep this game running)
As for whether I needed to not really, I have 3 full castles and no real gold issues, while plenty of MG quests I could do for elements if I could be bothered to deal with the time drag of moving over the map lots. Enchants are only really needed for Survs, and then you can rent them - similarly full castles are nice, but it will be a long time till I am FL 12 in anything, by which time gold from Combat levelling would pay for another castle anyway.
