I have never done this.
I tried last weekend to enroll from Phone with Google Chrome, but the Flash Player thing was hiding the box where you type the enrolling code, so I could not type it.

Same here.
I'm using Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.
Downloaded Flash Player APK from google. Dolphin browser from Playstore.
Open Dolphin then from settings, select allow flash all the time.
And you're good to go.
Somewhere someone told about PUFFIN, no idea about it. But seems a good browser. | Thx both, will try.
