| The questions says it all... but in short does having high level of LG increase our wages ? How does high level of LG really help? |

Productivity includes both wages earned (as a multiplier) & the amount of material produced as a result of working at a facility.
There's also a small defence bonus in it for you. |
1. You Earn More.
If you Enroll at any facility, you get (Example) 170 Gold.
With Laborers' Guild Level 2 You will earn 1.2 Times that, i.e. 170 x 1.2 = 204 Gold.
This goes increasing with every LG Level as given in the table link given by Classic Dyna. https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=10
2. You get extra Defense.
For every 2nd Laborers' Guild Level you get +1 Defense.
So at Level 14 Laborers' Guild, you will get bonus +7 Defense to your Hero. |
