In this battle I was in winning team, I got almost 50% more exp then the other guy in my team but he got 50% more sp compared to me. I don't really get it what it means. Can someone please enlighten.

Look at his character..

So he will get extra fsp in every battle |

| compare exp/fsp ratios. your character has big exp/fsp ratio so you get extra exp penalty. ha has poor ratio so he gets fsp bonus |
