AuthorMarket value of temporal and other event arts
I have some questions regarding the valuation of the event reward arts:

1.Are they really worth more than the shop arts for the same lvl? If yes, then how much- do people use any way to measure its worth?

2.How does the repair cost factor into the price? I have seen the arts with more max dura are worth much more. Are people really saving gold by paying over the top for max dura art?
1. yes they have better stats and can be used as a set that make it even better.

2. most players use high dura arts to enchant. lets say u can buy a 70/70 weapon for 100k
and u can buy a 90/90 for 1000k and the repair cost is 24k

if u enchant it to 5x12 then the cpb will be 985,32 for a 70/70 and only 969,54 for a 90/90 so even that it cost u 900k more it will still cost u less to use it

Theoretically, the lower the repair cost, the more seeming absurd prices players should be willing to pay for each unit increase in durability. However, in reality, the effect of repair cost is usually not a major factor because some arts have really great potential as enchanted items, sometimes to the point where repair cost is hardly an issue.

If you compare an enchanted weapon with 100 dura vs another enchanted weapon with 90 dura: You can play approximately 10*100 battles (955 battles to be exact) for just 10*repair cost. So, 955 battles is a really big number..but all you pay for it is 10*repair cost so we can say the absurd market costs are justified because they minimize this insane cost reduction. At high or very high repair costs however people will be less willing to pay that repair cost as many times therefore not repair fewer times.
therefore repair fewer times.
