If i am a Lvl 9 Wizard
What do i need to do to use the fireball spell? :) |
| Magic guild lvl 3, which you gain at lvl 10 |
You can also get it in an earlier level with the Demonic Soldier Set

I just versed a level 9 wizard and he used his fireball on my Polts
I thought that was the case as well till he used the spell aha :) |
