| There is only one way u can do it , u have to buy that demon soldier set items and then u can cast meteor rain. No other way as much i know |
Charmer elves can only access lvl 1 and 2 chaos spells. Any further magic guilds give no benefits to charmers. Demon soldier set can only get you fireball, no way for a charmer to use meteor rain.
