4)All our troops are dead except for 1 gremlin wrecker and 1 forest keeper.
5)Both of them have 1 health.
6)They stand adjacent to each other(in front of each other horizontally )
7)It's my hero's turn now and the next is forest keeper's turn.
8) I have 5 mana left.

Because of statement 2 , i use earthen spikes on forest keepers. Both the troops fall dead. WHO WINS???? |

No-one, draws are possible in real battles. Best option is to work on point No 2 ;)
As I recall fsp ratio is pretty rubbish when this happens, so best avoided.
This is different in a card game, as if you both die at the same time whoever did the killing wins. |

| He is a battlewize wizard and he had magic control talent. So only forest keepers died. He wasnt as idiot as he tried to show :D |

After settling the troops, you get involved into a combat with your opponent which flows by certain rules. The combat ends with a victorious and a defeated side, there can be no draw. Both sides get skilled in leading their faction's troops, but only the winner gets combat experience. |

Well, that depends on the coding of game.
Btw, I believe it shall be considered as a win.
Suppose a DE having 1 mino left - 1hp standing in corner.
surrounded by 3 enemy creatures(1 hp each)
In that case he has to cast chain lightening or fireball or metior shower, where his troops also get killed. |
| draw exists in this game. It doesn't matter who attacks first or what attacks what. If bout armies are dead, the battle ends with draw. |
there can be no draw.
I saw a draw where at the end all troops dies due to knight's escort talent.
