If I loose my peasants and win the combat: will the next battle be easier?
or do I have to loose the battle for it to make easier? | I don;t know, and I think it would be very hard to test, so without something from the admins I think this is unknowable.
The fact that Nowar has won 25 in a row win UN (majorly impressive sir, I salute you) may give a hint as to how it is working.
To balance it fairly they cannot go purely on win loss, or population as you may end up in 10 turns with the same population as you had before, though of course by this point your towers may be radically better. Therefore I think the difficulty baseline is balanced either with total resources gained or possibly only those invested. Which is then adjusted up or down with either win/loss or peasants. Given that the higher your peasants are, the more resources you gain per turn(and therefore the more you have) I am inclined to think this adjustment comes from your peasant count not your win rate. This would explain why after a winning streak the difficulty takes a while to drop (peasant population still high) and also why such a long win streak could be maintained (you win, but much of your population die - which I am guessing may be the case if you are UN, since you can raise your troops, but not your peasants).
I have not seen his battles, but if he(Nowar) wins with a high/reasonable loss of peasants then we may have an answer to it. Though instinct is peasants count more than wins. |
