The anger and greed of the enemy knew no boundaries. The robbers tried to take possession of everything that their grasping hands could reach, and what was not valuable was simply destroyed or burnt to the ground. But the orgy of lawlessness was not destined to reign for long. The faithful defenders of the Empire, whose shields selflessly blocked the path to a wave of robbery, did not leave the bandits any chance. No matter how strong was the anger that guided the guns of the murderers - they still could not overcome the power that each of them was deprived of: nobility, honor and courage.
Heroes, thanks to your valor, the robber raid has suffered a crushing failure - and the Empire expresses its utmost gratitude for the accomplished feat. Governor Grammit thanks everyone who took part in the protection of the villages, and especially notes the success of the best defenders of the Empire.
All Heroes who gained from 7 wins will be awarded another artifact and achievement depending on the combat level. The strength of the artifact depends on the result (W * 100 + C, where W is the number of wins, and C is the remaining population):

All Heroes who have won at least one victory - can receive a reward for participating in gold! The reward depends on the number of victories and the combat level of the Hero. Gold is issued on the village protection page. |

| well boots are great for elves and classic barbarians, demons, some knight builds, Unholy necros, dark elves. Pretty pointless for all others. |

I agree with elves, barbarians, maybe demons... but how they would be good for UN? :D Maybe you mean UN low combat levels, because I don't see skellie legionaires usefull on later levels except of taking few ones into 1 stack for protecting from ranged units and maybe taking retaliation |
| Yeah, as per usual I didn;t fully communicate my thinking as I imply they are great for those races as well, whereas it is more that there is a chance that the +1 speed has a benefit, even if that at higher levels is simply an increased range for removing retal on something. In this way there is a use for gremlin engineers, as it is not rare for a small stack of these to have it, but hardly the same sort of advantage as it is for being on hobgoblins, stalkers, sprites and spawns which I think would particularly enjoy this benefit. It is a shame you cannot wear it for PoT as then this art would be very useful indeed at the start! Still I am not in any way grumbling, good gold reward overall :) |
| Maybe this gonna be some new set and more arts of such set woudl bring more tier speed increasing :) Or as these are boots, that's why they increase the speed, other arts from such set could increase something else (either in general or for certain tier) |

and yes , totally worth event , got good reward + all the creature armaments + loot arts + the axe and charm + reward artifact , now i feel good for investing my time on this , worth everything :) |
