Minor tournaments have a window between 0300 to 0800 where you cannot register for battles.
However, not all users live in the Russian time zones.
Why not cancel the window and make it available 24 hours? |

not team events i guess and survival tournaments only involve you versus AI.
By the way, i hate the window thing too. Even if it is off-time for Russian players, we should still be allowed to do it --- is what i would have said if the matchmaking system is able to prevent successive combats against same opponents when the active count is severely low. |

Yes, I believe this is the only concern for the admins, staging combats. Otherwise, canceling the window would only improve the tournament experience.
