This ability is available to Charmer Elf. The lord's knowledge parameter increases by one point for every four points of attack.
i would imagine your total attack is sufficiently below the people you are comparing to, to mean that they get an extra 1 knowledge |
| It is knowledge = (attack parameter)/4 rounded up. You had 39 attack, so knowledge should be 9.75 rounded up, which is 10. Usually at cl 15 most have more than 39 attack. |
