What happens if I cast a firewall spell on the tiles where an invisible creature is standing? Why? |
The creature stays invisible but still gets hurt. |
Gets killed all the same. It only makes "resistant" to chain lightning, ie the spell can not "jump" to attack an invisible stack. |
An invisible stack cannot be hit by target spells. Chain Lightning is a target spell: it hits the first, then chooses the next tarhet by proximity, and so on.
Invisible stacks can be hit by Area of Effect spells (AoE), which are spells that hit anything in a designated area (such as Firewall, Meteorite rain, etc.) |
so they can walk through a firewall without losing invisibility?
& is it the same for such as Fireball, Meteorite rain, etc.) |

ofcourse, why shouldn't they? What breaks invisibility is pretty straight forward i.e. standing adjacent to a hostile creature. |
for virtual_vitrea:
I vaguely remember seeing fireball break invisibility
so just confirming that it doesn't |
