To answer your question, you should PM him and wait for a couple of days. Hope for the best because you won't be getting any gold even if you manage to get him penalized for this. Good luck. | Honestly, if you were to sell me something for 1/4 of its real price, then you realize the real price, and you ask me to give the 3/4 ... I wouldnt give to you the rest of the cost, and I dont consider myself a "Bad" person.
... I have no idea what do Official Rules say about this issue, though.

IIRC a lot of people had similar issues when TGI was for Lease (Many years ago), and there was no way... All you could do is ask for Ban.
But in this case I dont think the "Laws/Justice" can do anything against him, since he just found cheap stuff in the market, and bought it. I see no "Crime/Malice" in his side.
(Im using "Logic" here, but Justice doesnt always use Logic, so maybe somebody with more knowledge about Rules in the game can answer you better) | Thanks, Attorney General, Ipsen.
