[Update] exemplary behavior, 180 days / "zeroing" the grid of punishments.
Recently, the penalty and ban sheets, the old inscriptions (more than 180 days ago) have become obscured for keepers and moderators.
When calculating a new penalty/ban they will not be taken into account.
However, the calculation follows the last penalty for 180 days.
Thus, if you do not receive a ban or a penalty for 180 days, your story is "reset" and the next penalty will be the same as for the beginner.
I emphasize that old punishments are not deleted, but are only obscured.
gross violations (filthy language, trade in-game items for real money and use of automation) strongly spoil the character's karma and can cause an early blockage in any case. | ah so basically if you are good and break no rules for 180 days your record is wiped clean? | it basically means if you did something stupid, just quit for half a year and you can come back to do it again.... | for death2all:
For all intents and purposes, yes. A record of the bans still exist, it is just greyed out. | ah so basically if you are good and break no rules for 180 days your record is wiped clean?

As Corey said, unless it's some big issue that happens every 6 months (gross swearing etc etc).

OR.. follow the rules? :P
Thanks for the notice, Beliar, I was wondering why things were grey'd out the other day. | it basically means if you did something stupid, just quit for half a year and you can come back to do it again....
Which is more or less already in place.
If you misbehave too much in the forums, you can get a months-long ban. If you outright break game rules, you can be jailed for months.
In either case, you can't bishave in the meantime because you basically can't.
What this rule means is to allow a player to understand the rules and comply. If one does so, and starts behaving/playing according to the rules, then what's behind is forgiven. |
