| what would you suggest for tamer dark elf , minotaurs or hydras? and why ? | | forgot to mention , for cg battles | I honestly dont see any use in picking Hydras at all.
Like, I cant imagine even 1 possible situation in which they can help.
Only 7 is really really low, and their Acid Blood thing gives 25% of Retal Damage, so a Retal of 25% of 7 Hydras is nothing.
Also, they would take the place of 1 gap which you could use to Split Witches, to Delay more targets, or whatever.
Instead of asking minotaurs or hydras?, you could ask yourself whether to pick "Stalkers or Max Minos", I think its more interesting :P Hydras arent an option, honestly (IMHO).
I honestly like Stalkers a lot, but I see many people that would rather Max Minos to 90-95. I think at CL 14 you sacrifice 30 Minos for 60 Stalkers more or less, its a good exchange Ratio.
Depends more on your Playstyle.
I honestly think having only Lizard + Mino (Without counting the Summon) as main Units is too low, would mean you only play with 2 units (And the small Support ones, I guess) and the Summon.
Also, Stalkers often sneak and get enemy archers, its good. But if you want to have a big "Tank", then Max Minos.

Their quantity is too low to be of any use, like Hydras.
But it is true they may be needed in those situations where enemy Unicorns/Genies/DreadBanes have 8 speed, and wanna strike your Lizard in first turn, they would block the way/path.
Lv up your Guilds (Like Watcher's), Anti-Skill FSL...
You may try aswell other Talent setups, but I'd say Innate Swiftness is a must.
And always Max Defence, since you dont have archers, you'd get shot down.
And thats all I think.
Play and lose, thats the only way to learn...
