The skill potion states that I will be 1 skill level less than highest among all combatants in battle.
Will it gives me additional troops then? Because I have less troops now compared to other players of similar level, making me at a disadvantage.

| Yes it will, it won't show in recruiting page but will automatically be increased in battle. |
