anyone know when does it expired or give no effect?
if I use it on 1st Dec, then the elixir last until 2nd dec?
or it will give no more effect on 2nd?

I have taken a number of elixirs after their official use by date and they worked fine
That does not mean that yours will definitely be ok to use after 1st Dec, though likely it will. |

The only safe answer is the official one: it won't be valid after the 1st december. I regularly use them the 1st and it lasts until the 2nd, so that should be fine. I also used some much later after expiracy, however not all worked, I even had some disapearing from my inventory.
So, you can try to take it later, at your own risk. |
Basically it depends on whether they remembered to code it in I think.
My pirates rum is still in my inventory quite happily with an expiry date of october 1st. my other two pirate drinks were all taken after the event so I am fully expecting it to still be there whenever I decide to use it (though if it isn;t that will be my fault and I won't grumble) |
