shadow eyes apply curses on mellee atks according to discription, but this also works on ranged

I think it is intended to work in Ranged, reason why Admins changed Evil Eyes, to Shadow Eyes.

What I think is wrong is the Description of the Skill.
Maybe because the Skill was intended for Rocks (Which are Melee) and not for Shadow Eyes, (Which are Archers/Shooters).
