So, how do you establish relationships (Officially)?
Let's say I wanna make a LWM friend my Brother:
So I go the Office, and do all the thing...
Then the other gets a Pop Up in his Character page saying whether he accepts, and wants to pay the 1000-2000g (IIRC the other has to pay too for the Relationship), or nothing shows, and he has to go to the Office too? ?
Wanna know the procedure/protocol/steps to follow.

| seems like what you know is right. Both people need to create/confirm the relationship and then it may take a small amount of time before the relationship shows up on your profile. |
