| I think my might demon has some effects due to lack of that extra initiative , not much for hellsfire demon though, any other factions who dont get affected much by that extra initiative?? |

| Ini is important for all factions. The higher your ini the quicker you can defend as mages. And imp for necro as no morale kicks. |
ini versus opponent ini can have an impact too. For temptresses it affects what moves immediately after there turn. For me for example it affects whether they will move just before my sphinx immortals, or not. This small difference can have a huge impact on a battle.
If you are against the same faction - you will tend to shoot first and force their advance etc. |
All might factions need init, getting turn first is not always everything, but getting turn quickly is important too; thats why you need more init.
