There is a guy who got it for reaching CG 1 apparently, when CG was new.
Also, I think Arctic got it because of him working in the game.
But ofc these are exceptions.
Someone correct me if this info is wrong.

Yeah, with a few rare exceptions the only way to get UCI is for 1,000 diamonds.

You don't have to buy diamonds with real money , you can buy them with gold but it will take a lot of enrolling (15m gold I believe)
