Look.
I have ONE Spell power here.
You press Control + Click, and you can read "Mark of Nature: -20%".
How so? It should be only "-4%", because I have 1 Spell Power.
Bug?
I'll test more to see.
Maybe the Minimum effect is "-20%" regardless of SP?

Currently fighting this.
I Punched the Poltergeist Boss, with "2" Spell power this time, not 1.
Result is "-24%".
Makes no sense really.
... Or maybe the Formula is "Base Efficiency + 4% SP", where "Base Efficiency" is "-20%"?
Btw this is not written in Patch notes, reason why I ask. | | Dominion of life + 4sp gives the extra 16% | Dominion of life
Oh damn, good catch, man)) I completely forgot about that.
So apparently the 4 SP it gives gives not only more damage, but more effect to the Mark of Nature, awesome.
