Author40th Minor tournament ++ result and Balance discussion
I think his point isn't that people are raising with liches for the stack size.. But rather the big push to the troops ini.
I got that, I'm just saying that once troop number is down you can push it as much as you want, it's not doing any good.
This is an example battle - it is why UN is good against attack builds

for Lord MilesTeg:
do not touch the unholy main stack if you can not severely damage it, when it is at full state he can not raise on it.
Thanks RR, good point - should have focused more on vamps - I thought spearmen would finish them when in range - but alas - I misjudged how much damage they would do and how soon they could get them to move.
Got paid already. Feelsgoodman
nice balance

I don;t think too much can be gleaned from the results from a simple observation of overall results. In doing so it immediately makes the assumption that the faction is the most important factor, since other things are not easily analysable from that data. However, I believe all too often character strength and skill are more important.

Also the variance of who you faced matters a lot. For example at CL16 the faction with the best results were shadow barbs, with many getting 100%. For wizards there was a lack of DOF battlewise with the top spots taken by classic chaos wizards. These mostly did not face any aggressive high attack rush factions. I presume (though have not checked) that the shadow barbs with 100% did not face DOF battlewise wiz as I cannot imagine them winning that set up if the wizard has any skill.

As RR has said - there is approx a 10% variance depending on whether you get favourable match ups or against good/poor players - given the sample sizes for any given CL I don't see how much meaningful analysis can be done without rather a lot of work - I will leave that to the admins. More could be done I suppose using stats from lgnd.ru
