| Are they worth doing at earlier levels? Do they get easier as you level up? I feel like there is some campaigns I cant even finish with full arts. |

The longer you wait, the harder it gets, the more you lose or the more expensive arts you need. Leveling also mean you will have access to more expensive artifacts which will make doing it in non ship more expensive so yes, the earlier the better. That said it's quite an investment for a level 6.
Mysterious epidemics is the most likely to be doable in shop arts although it might involve losing several battles to adjust your strategy accordingly. Also keep in mind that hunter sets are pretty cheap comparatively to shop but more efficient for hunt battles (when there is no ennemy hero). |

You get crappy defense so a "real set" might be better in some instances, but otherwise... See for yourself
