| The clan that is taxing decides it. 5% is the minimum and 55% is the max. The leader/deputy (and maybe warlords) set the percentage. |

I thought at first it would be related to victory rate, so I take it that to tax you need to win 2 out of the 3 battles, and to break tax you need to win two batttles too, and unlike facility battles how close the battle was has no importance? |
