They are actually 100% made for PvP (Since you can't rely on them winning in hunts etc

I wouldnt say they are the best at lower levels. Charmers pop off when they get the ability to strike first, with inante swiftness or tactics talents, since they almost always go first (only shrews and searing horses beat them here).
Sharpshooters are a loooot better than gbm, more ini, armor ignoring, same damage (gbm shoot twice, but half damage while sharps shoot once but full), and knockback. |

What level do you count as lower levels? Since OP is CL11 and he has sharps + innate swift |

Well i have to disagree at this point...No doubt the faction is very strong and hits really hard but recruit count is really really low atleast till lvl 12 (that's what i've experienced till now) so i won't say that they come in top 3.
In PVP type battles it would be 50-50 for both classic and charmer elf. Lets say you are doing duel then i think charmer would work great and also classic elves are very strong but if you are going for mixed battle then trust me enemies will just target you and try to knock you off as quickly as possible if you are charmer. Even higher level opponent won't show any mercy. So for mixed i would say classic elves are better.
If it is 2v2 (everybody of same level) then i would say both the classes are good...In recent paired tournament i have tried both the classes and it worked fine for me so it's upto you in that battle format.
For hg,mg,wg and tg i would go for classic elf

I gotta disagree with this, I've been using charmer in PvPs and it is almost the same result when facing certain factions, even in mixed battles, enemies knock charmers as quickly as possible.. |

You're being knocked because you're dangerous. The only problem of charmer is when ennemy has 1st shot. It's also a weakness of classic but GMB has more health. |

Well, at CL11, I have never won a game(1v1 or even 2v2) against fury barbs and I always have the 1st shot.. |

That should be 3 lvl. You've probably reached it through donations or gifts.
Change your faction to Barbarian. Win/lose a battle and you'll be:
Barbarian: 3 (93.22) just an example.
This will benefit your main faction as anti-faction against Barbs (-9% damage resistance instead of -3% as it is now). |
