AuthorHow does mining work?
Can anyone tell me how the mining works? I saw a lot of people take workshift at mines(e.g. crystals, gem etc), but the resources always shows less than 1 unit. What is the time to buy such resource? thx.

If you click on the resource you are looking for, you can see which facility has how much stock.

Mining works as you say, people enrol and they produce the resource (ore for example), the reason it shows at <0 is probably because either

A) Admins are keeping the supply artificially low for some reason
B) Traders are buying the ore really quickly in order to sell on the market for profit.
C) It's broken

Thank you very much. The thing is I watch a lot of people are working in one mining location and wait untill their workshifts end. At the very moment, I saw the stock does not increase AT ALL. Do you mean the Admins could keep all the produced resources at advantage? Thank you Meshy.
for DTT001:

Yes, Exactly what I mean.
The admins arent keeping the resource, if you check the mine you can know the exact second the resource will be produced ( shift end ) and so if there are a few traders wanting the resource there is competition and it may look like it never increased at all.
Yep, it's a form of trading in Lordswm. People queue up to buy the resources when they are produced because it is lower than market price and sell it for some profit. As you can see, the mines, ore pit etc. in the empire capital is slightly higher than other location, so there is always lots of them available for sale. IT'S A BUSINESS TACTIC!! Haha
for Frank-Lampard:
Not from wood or ore.
couple of fill-ups:

if you refer to diamond mining, it is handled artificially. even if you buy diamonds the gold in the mine does not increase. Sometimes you may see people working there, and the amount of diamonds won't change, other times it will reflect the work done. It's really up to the admins.

If you refer to sulphur and, in minor cases, mercury, you will often see the mines around capital empty. this is because some people made a trade of buying the resources and sell them in the market, so they are very quick to buy and, because they are fast, and there are several people doing it, the mine seems always empty (there are techniques to buy from a seemingly empty mine, btw).

In this case, the mines in great capital always have some stock, since the price is higher. So those traders have no use in it since they won't earn a copper selling those ressources.

However, such situations often happen during events. If you take advantage of the non-event breaks, preferably early morning or night, you can easily buy and store more than you will need for all your trades.

Thanks Bro :)
