| So I have my DE faction on FSL10 and I bought the PoS to play as Dwarf in hope to be able to use the 10th rune, but that doesn't work. So my question is; what level do I have to be to use all 10 runes? Or do I have to be FSL11? | | The only thing I know "PoS" stands for makes me laugh hysterically when I put it in your sentence. Obviously that's not what it is, so would you mind enlighten clueless people like me what PoS is. Seriously, why do you abbreviate this? | Its "Potion of Skill". There are others abbreviations like "Roc" (Ring of Cold).
They arent "Weird", Imho, but its normal that not all 100% of players know or remember it.
Regarding OP's (Original Poster) question:
IIRC, you get "Enemy FSL, -1", so enemy must have FSL 11.
Your current FSL has nothing to do with it.
Also, it only works with people of your CL or lower, and it might be hard to find people with FSL 11 at your CL.
^ Someone comfirm is this is true plz. Not sure. | PoS also works in PvE battles (even ones where there is no hero).

In your case, Bayer, if you drink PoS and do a hunt (and no other player is there), you will get FSL 9.
