I could leave no orcs and split cyclops 3-3-2, but this will further reduce blinding effectiveness.
Even with 4 cyclops, the blind to lorekeepers only last 0.2 turn. |

Commander rings are too expensive for this normal-difficulty battle.
Even with it, hyenas are 6 speed only and couldn't reach corners (need 8 speed to reach). |
Although I did it at low CL, so not sure if tactic I used will work on your case since these magis seems to be very high in number, but definitely its worth trying.
But anyways, I used expert leadership and ring of inspirations ( clearly unusable on high CLs ), and had split ogres into 2 stacks, used max rocs to teleport 1 stack of ogres to 1 corner, while hyena and rocs then focussed on other corners, rest depended on morale bursts. |
Also in addition, innate swiftness can be a good talent for this battle.
If im not wrong, I believe they have access to that talent. |

I often use ring of inspiration in ag, they are cheap and effective for all levels, especially for some retribution factions. |
