I am writing as a neighbour of a character named sambhi (level 10) and real brother of nayyar2,nayyar59 (one of them is additional) ( level 6)

As told to me they were blocked on ignorance, they have same email id, while it would seem against the rules - all of them didn't think it would be a big deal.
As my brother said" I have read the rules, there shouldnt be any TRANSFER between 2 ids, and since we don't we are fine."
sambhi is the one who intriduced me to this game, when he was at level 9, I joined this game and so did my brother. Now i am at level 11 and he got blocked over some common email rule 8 years ago.
While I can understand the punishment, I don't see the point in life time ban. Recently they just randomly asked about this game, whether I played it, what happens in lords.
It would be one thing to say that they have reformed, that is small - I would say they have all changed, in 8 years they have graduated from school, college and even started doinng businees, earning.
Give sambhi, nayyar2 and his additional a chance. Sambhi is the reason we joined the game and 5 others. There is no illegal transfer between any ids.
I also believe they are first time offenders.
As a person who is studying to become a lawyer, I think your method of life - ban is also excessive and disproportionate to the crime here.
The concept of life ban is never seen for an inadvertent error, its against principles of justice and has no mention in jurisprudence of any country.

Ignorance of the rules is not a sufficient reason for unlocking.
Also Lexa is Russian, I doubt she will bother translating everything (and even then translations don't make much sense) | I doubt she will bother translating
