I have recently returned to play this after a 2 year break. I’ve been doing mercenaries guild but I don’t seem to get any elements? Has this been changed as I’ve completed over 40 quests and not received a single element?

| Unfortunately that seems bad luck, you should still get one every 20 but recently i went 86 quests without one too! |

| Over 40 quests without elements is horrible luck. That can be incredibly frustrating. I don't know why they don't do the same thing as with luck and morale, where your chance of not getting it next time increases if you don't get it this time. Does anyone remember the formula? |
