Here I suggest some of the days that I personally feel interesting (and meaningful). I have no idea if some of these have already been implemented.

Day of Sorrow: In all duels, gbs and cgs, all heroes have -5 morale and -5 luck. Morale applies to undeads.
Day of Balance: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, morale and luck have no effect.
Day of Necessities: Double drop rate of mg elements.
Day of Hunt gears: Double hunting artifact loot rate.
Day of Familiar ground: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all troops have +2 speed.
Day of Swift brigands: There is no 1-hour cooldown of TG and RG on this day.
Day of Berserkers: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all troops have 50% their Defense parameter removed and added to Attack.
Day of Defenders: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all troops have 50% their Attack parameter removed and added to Defense.
Day of Abdication: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all heroes can cast Chaos magic school at expert level. Troops that cast Chaos magic are set to expert level.
Day of Conjuration: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all heroes can cast Nature magic school at expert level. Troops that cast Nature magic are set to expert level.
Day of Abjuration: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all heroes can cast Holy magic school at expert level. Troops that cast Holy magic are set to expert level.
Day of Alteration: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all heroes can cast Darkness magic school at expert level. Troops that cast Darkness magic are set to expert level.
Day of Honor: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, Experience and Faction Skill Points are increased by 100%.
Day of Healing: Health is not lost for today's defeated battles.
Day of Toughness: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all troops have +20% hit points.
Day of Vulnerability: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all troops have -20% hit points.
Day of Trade: You can create double trade lots (6 normal, 12 with ABC) on this day.
Day of Arrows: You are more likely to encounter shooters for a hunt. Shooters give +100% HG points. All troops of shooters have +4 arrows.
Day of Hamster: The hamster appears every 100 battles today (instead of every 100,000).
Day of Hairpin: In all duels, gbs and cgs, all mana costs are reduced by 50%.

To be fair, Heroes had this now that I think of it. Except there it was Week of.
Heres a suggestion

Day of steady still. A day where absolutely nothing happens.
Some of these sounds pretty good for the mage :D
Day of Trade: You can create double trade lots (6 normal, 12 with ABC) on this day.
Instead of increasing market slots, the name would better be justified if Empire doesn't collect tax on that day. That would increase trade a lot more than increasing the number of slots.

Day of Phalanx: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 2 creatures are increased by 6.
Day of Viscounts: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 3 creatures are increased by 5.
Day of Barons: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 4 creatures are increased by 4.
Day of Earls: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 5 creatures are increased by 3.
Day of Pharoahs: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 6 creatures are increased by 2.
Day of Dukes: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count of tier 7 creatures are increased by 1.
Day of Plague: In all duels, gbs, and cgs, all recruit count are reduced by 50%. Hero's attack damage and magic damage are reduced by 50%.

Half army for everyone, half damage from all sources = battle duration remains same.
Day of the alcohol:

20% wayward drinks are available in the artifact shop for one day
Day of the NOOB

In a CG battles the stats will be equalized for both players
Day of Excalibur :

In the memory of mighty king Arthur , players will write verses , the winner one from .ru and one more .com will win exaclibur a super strong weapon designed by admins

HAIL King Arthur!
Day of bloom ,

Battlefields will be full of flowers and ground troops will get plus 1 moral and luck
Day of false roulette ,

Players can gamble as much as they won't as soon as the clock tings midnight , all the gold lost or gained is given/taken back
Day of the Wind ,

All the flying creatures get speed and initiative bonus.
Last but not the least ,

Day of jailers ,
Everyone will party in East island =p
