Hey guys. I thought the workaholic penalty meant you get 0.8% of the total amount of gold.
So if I have work that gives me 180 gold, I would get 180 * 0.8 = 144 gold.
Instead it seems like I get 180 * 1.4 * 0.1 = 25.2 gold. | After 10 enrolls without a combat, the penalty you receive lowers your income to 0.8 (or 80%).
Further enrolls without combats will increase the penalty to 0.6, then 0.4, then 0.2, and ultimately to 0.1.
To remove the penalty you need to win a combat. How much of the penalty you remove is based on the fsp you have gained. But unless you do some tricky hunt assists, you should be fine.
Also note that, when enrolling, it is written in red whether you have a workaholic penalty or not and how much it is. | Ok damn ^.^
