| I bought 11 diamonds using bank transfer (Swedbank) service, from Latvia. I checked my bank account, I can see that I have been charged 7 Euro, but I haven`t recieved the 11 diamonds. | Contact dealer

you must have refreshed the site while the transaction was in progress.
It happened with me once, the transaction was taking too long to process so I refreshed it.
It took 20-40 minutes to receive the diamonds.
