I think I might skip the idea of getting rogues, even though shrews work wonders against necros and tribals.
I'll definitely need to find commanders and monks asap though. |

One event fairly recently noted that it was the last time an event would award pieces for a certain imperial artifact.
This event didn't note that, so I'm confident there will be another imperial crossbow chance.

But I've got a nice pile of Silver, only another 175,000 and I can upgrade 29 Monks to Clerics. |
why clerics are so expensive btw
I know they have bless and rapid magic but is it worth investing all of your silver to upgrade him ? |
| @55 Depends on your army, if you have 500 wardens it's definitely worth upgrading to clerics, but with some other units maybe not |

| Does the 3% formula play havoc with units of less numbers because of rounding off? I tend to lose tier 7 units more rapidly, I think, on the other had, the swordsmen are still here. |
am i right in saying that mentioning troop numbers now is pretty meaningless as some players have upgraded stacks already whilst some others are just building numbers and will do mass upgrade during last 10 battles?
the upgrades obviously carry much higher scores, so it is best only to really measure on the last day.
for the record, i suck at this event and started with opponents that were way too easy....am too far behind the curve to catch up now. |
