Astrologers proclaim the Day of Group Battles! Only today:
For victory in all group battles with three or more combatants, all members of the Commanders' Guild receive +1 point towards that Guild, while all others receive +0.2 points towards the Hunters' Guild. To get this bonus, you need to earn at least 0.5 faction skill points in the battle.
In all group battles with three or more combatants, all players receive half the usual experience points.

This is one of the best days for pumping a guild without putting in the effort. If you don't do CG - Take a mirror into group battles and earn those points. Easy to pump a guild that it takes a long time to get points in.
My opinion is that this is the worst day for the reason as it shouldn't be so easy to pump CG points. They should have to be earned through competitive PvP games, rather than mirrored group battles. |
What's the "teamly experience allocation" option in group battles?
Also, is it "illegal" per se to join min ap battles with full ap? |

If the "TEA" option is on, the formula for calculating experience is as follows:
Exp = [Total exp of team] * ([Character level]^2 / [Sum of squares of all character levels] + [Character AP] / [Total AP of team]) / 2
Which means, the lesser AP deviation within a team, the more evenly the experience will be allocated, provided that the combat levels are same.
Faction skill points are then allocated in the same proportion as the experience.

did anyone notice that by restricting to clan battles, matches can be fixed for cg points quite easily. Hopefully won't happen much.

I believe you get less fsp if you play against lower level opponents. That wasn't a fair fight, 11-10-11 vs 10-9-8. |
