2. Hunts, mercenary errands, thief ambushes, ranger briefings 40% more often;
So
40 Minutes - 40% = 24 Minutes
and 50 % of Master License = 12 Minutes
Or
40 Minutes - 50% (License) = 20 Minutes - 40%(New Year) = 12 Minutes.
Either way it's the same.
I'm sure they don't add the % together and then give the benefit. (I think so) |
