Is this faction underpowered? I don’t see anyone using it, or maybe there are a few people pay with it.
I wish to know builds, play styles, and pros and cons about it. Maybe someone can state it is strong or weak at certain CL?

When you get witches upgrade then TDE becomes more powerful .
