No shop arts give +1 to speed sadly |

Commanders ring gives tactics talent as Zod says.
Also thief set gives +1 speed. |
Some smart people told me to say
Robbers boots gives +1 to speed to tier 1 troops though not shop art.
Also wiz mini arts can give speed, though not technically an art either.
