To simplify:
Retribution adds 5% dmg per current morale point of the stack, between 1 and 5.
Example with CL16 tribal hero with 3 morale:
Your enforcers have 3 morale, that's +15% dmg.
If they attack a stack with Intimidation aura, they'll get -3 morale, so it becomes 0 = +0% dmg. If morale had dropped below 0, output from Retribution would still be +0%.
If before they attack some other stack you cast Tribal supremacy, they get 6 morale, but capped at 5 for dmg calculation: +25% dmg. |
