| Could you please let me know why alyna2 character is banned? As I can see there is no illegal transfers or any rules broken by alyna2 . Could you please justify the reason? . .and please can the account be unblocked |

Was banned by own will.
You should be able to log into that account and contact Lexa for an unban. |

Not BOW.
I and several others received a mail containing the pass of Alyna2 and certain other heroes. That clearly has something to do with why there were banned, and I doubt it'll get unbanned. |

Helius, you could contact the appeals commission but unlikely to get unbanned. |
