Rune of Magical Attraction

AuthorRune of Magical Attraction
"When a creature affected by this rune attacks the targeted enemy stack it “steals” a random Holy magic spell from it if available. The spell is removed from the target and is applied to the attacker for the same duration as it was on the target."

I need to understand how this rune works. Does this affect holy magic casters or does this affect stacks on which some Holy spell has been cast?
affect stacks on which some Holy spell has been cast?
The description for this rune can be better.
The confusion seems to be about stealing the ability to cast a spell from caster versus stealing the buff. I believe the latter part of the description is good enough for clarification.

If you steal a bless spell, your hit is with bless on that turn ?

I almost pretty sure it is stolen after being hit but in logs it shows always before the hit

I believe you get the remaining duration of the spell, whatever it is.
Oh, I understand the question now. I don't think so.
You get the holy spell after your hit.

You can avoid the confusion entirely if you don't use the word "spell". You said it yourself, it's the "buff" that gets stolen, or, "blessing", if you want to use a more formal word.
Before this becomes a discussion around whether or not using the word "blessing" really would reduce confusion. I'm locking the thread since the question has been answered.
