| When you discard an artifact, it does ask for a confirmation. Do you not see it? |
I myself have discarded a ring of sun 0/75 by mistake ;)
The confirmation is quite useless when you think you are discarding something else :p |

I also somehow discarded Ring of Cold (probably xx/70 or something near it)... :) |

Each artifact has 3 buttons in top right corner. What are these?
If 3rd button is delete button, please provide confirmation for deleting artifact? |
None of those buttons discard. They are to either mark them so you can find them easily (yellow and blue) or to put them in storage so you dont see them on your main screen. On the top right of the inventory section where it says things like "weapons" at the end you will see the same 3 symbols, click there.
Likely you just put your art in storage. |
