Results out.
Cl14: Incentive prize is 3,500,000
This will be split among Random + Preset.
That leaves 1,750,000 for Present.
It's generally split as 50 + 30 + 20 for gold + silver + bronze?
That leaves 875000 for gold medalists in Present.
Now, there are 50 people with Preset Gold at cl14.
So that makes it 17500 gold per gold medallist. That's low :(
I think the situation is worse even for Cl15. They have 4,000,000 prize pool, and 94! preset gold medalists.
So they should be expecting even less gold.
A dissapointment is what this is. Maybe they underestimated the number of gold medalists? |
More astonishngly, Cl15 preset has exactly 2 bronze medalists compared to 94 gold medalists.
Which leads to lot of interesting questions... Will bronze medalists make more gold than the gold medalists as the pot is split only among the two of them? Or have I misunderstood the system.
Also, I guess most people are playing only for gold. No one played till the end when bronze was the best they could do. |
