I know it exists.
Where is it used, and exactly how much does it cost in the places where it is used.

Where is it used
For things clan related, activating the bonuses for example (can't remember exact number but it's 800 or so for all 3 stats).
Scouting when a facility will have a defence.

Tampering a lair is an extra attack.
There's also a penalty for not filling PvP attacks (8 BG I think).
And a clan gets 2 BG for every surv line it wins, or through clan events. | | 1350 for all three, they last a month. |
